Modernized the developer experience end-to-end by strategizing and planning a portal containing developer guides, API reference documentation, and a developer sandbox.
Technical Writing & Content
Closed J.P. Morgan's technical writing gap through SME interviews and hands-on authoring: onboarding guides, quickstart guides, tutorials, code samples, and API reference material.
Team Mentorship & Standards
Mentored J.P. Morgan's internal technical writers in weekly sessions. Built the framework for their ongoing technical communications, including an SME interview guide, content intake process, content templates, and a full Developer Portal style guide.
