Android Cross Device SDK
The Cross Device SDK was one of Google's top three company-level priorities in 2022. I owned the entire content strategy and execution for launch, from the first draft to the day it shipped. Here's what I delivered:

Content Strategy & Planning
Built and drove a comprehensive content plan tied directly to company OKRs, covering a developer guide, API reference, landing page, blog posts, and a sample app. Defined review timelines and launch sequencing for each deliverable to keep a large cross-functional team aligned.
Webpage
Led content and strategy for the Cross Device SDK landing page in collaboration with marketing, engineering, and web design. Made calls on content blocks, CTAs, graphic placement, and messaging hierarchy.
Developer Guide
Authored an end-to-end onboarding experience covering all three SDK APIs, with a getting started guide, step-by-step tutorials, code samples, and custom graphics. Designed for both experienced developers and those new to the technology.
Sample App
Co-built a rock, paper, scissors sample app with the lead engineer (conceptualized, tested, and fully documented) giving developers a hands-on way to explore the SDK in action.
API Reference
Collaborated directly with the engineering team to produce an accessible, comprehensive API reference built for developers at every level.
